The biggest fear with AI chatbots? That they spout nonsense — “hallucinate”. That happens mostly when you build a chatbot on a general model without it knowing anything about your business. We use RAG (it searches your own content first before it answers), tune the tone to your brand, and optionally build in lead qualification so sales only gets warm leads handed over.

What does an AI assistant cost?
We price it after a short call, as it depends on your content, the integrations (for example with your CRM) and usage. You get a fixed price up front. On top come monthly usage costs for the language model, which we make clear in advance.
Which AI model do you use?
Models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, chosen per task, on cost and on where your data lives. If your data must stay in the EU, we pick a suitable provider or region for that.
Is my data used for training?
With the business APIs of the major providers, your input is by default not used to train models, according to their terms. We choose a provider per project and record that. Looking for an AI tool for your own team? See custom AI application.
Can the bot also hand off to a human?
Yes. We build hand-off to email, HubSpot, Slack or a live-chat tool. A good bot knows when it doesn’t know everything.
Does it work in multiple languages?
Yes. The big models are multilingual out of the box. We do tune the tone per language and test for accuracy.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks of your go-ahead. We work in short rounds, so you’ll see something concrete within a couple of weeks.
Where are you based?
In Julianadorp, in the north of North Holland (the Netherlands), and partly in Sweden. You can visit us or we come to you in our region. With clients elsewhere in the Netherlands, the Benelux and Scandinavia we work by video call.
