Speed and Core Web Vitals
Google measures visitor experience with three numbers: how quickly the main part of a page appears (LCP, good is under 2.5 seconds), how quickly the page responds to a tap or click (INP, good is under 200 milliseconds) and whether the layout shifts while loading (CLS). We build with light pages, modern image formats and as few scripts as needed. More on frontend development.
Findable from launch day
Every page gets its own title and description, a logical heading structure and structured data (schema.org), so Google and AI assistants understand who you are, what you do and where. Climbing higher in Google is a craft of its own: see SEO and AEO.
A CMS that fits
For most sites we use our own CMS or WordPress; if you work in HubSpot, HubSpot CMS. If you publish your own kinds of content, such as vacancies, projects or locations, we build a custom CMS.
Hosting, security and maintenance
We arrange the domain, SSL and hosting in the EU, and keep up with updates and backups. The monthly cost depends on your site and is in the quote up front.

A website starts at €1,495 excl. VAT. What determines the final price:
- Number of pages and page types. Five simple pages are quicker to build than a site with services, projects, vacancies and a blog.
- Design. Do we work with your existing brand, or design something new?
- Copy and images. We can help write and arrange imagery; that is listed separately in the quote.
- Integrations. A form to your inbox is standard; a link to your CRM, booking system or newsletter costs extra.
- Languages. Each language is another set of pages to fill and maintain.
- Moving an old site. With a redirect for every old page, so you keep your Google rankings.

Web design is about how the site looks and how visitors find their way. Web development is the build: the CMS, speed, forms and integrations. With us the same team does both, so the design really gets built as intended.
Which CMS do you use for websites?
For most sites our own CMS or WordPress, for HubSpot users HubSpot CMS. If you need your own content types or integrations, a custom CMS. We advise based on how you will keep the site up to date.
Can you improve my current website instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. Start with a free SEO check: within 2 working days you see the three biggest opportunities. If your site is slow or hard to manage, we will honestly say that replacing it is cheaper. See SEO and AEO.
How long does it take to build a website?
A Starter site usually goes live in 2 to 4 weeks, a complete site in 4 to 6 weeks. Custom work takes longer; the planning is in the proposal. We usually start within 1 to 2 weeks of your go-ahead.
Will I keep my Google rankings when my site is replaced?
Yes, if it is done properly. We set up a 301 redirect for every old page, carry over titles and descriptions and submit the new sitemap. Read replacing a website without losing SEO.
Is the website mine after delivery?
Yes. The site, text and images are yours once paid. With custom work you also get the code and the Git repository. If you ever want to move, we will help.
Do you only work in North Holland?
No. We are based in Julianadorp and happily visit businesses in the Kop van Noord-Holland. With clients elsewhere in the Netherlands we work by video call and phone.
