Two things only you can do: verify the profile with Google (often with a short video of your premises or van) and ask your customers for an honest review. We help with both, with an explanation and a message you can send.

Isn’t a Google Business Profile free?
Yes, the profile itself is free. You pay us for the time and know-how to set it up properly: the right categories, services in your customers’ words and everything matching your site and registration. That decides whether you appear on the map.
Can I have a profile without a shop or visible address?
Yes. If you work at customers’ locations, we set a service area and your address stays hidden. You list the places where you actually work.
How long does verification take?
Google decides and it varies. Sometimes it’s done the same day, sometimes the review takes a few working days or longer. Google also chooses the method: often a short video of your premises or van, sometimes phone or email. We explain what to do.
Do you write reviews for me?
No. Fake reviews, bought reviews and rewarding customers for a review break Google’s rules and can cost you your profile. We do create a review link, a QR card and a message you use to ask customers for an honest review.
My profile has been suspended. Can you help?
Yes. We find out why, fix what’s wrong and help you with the reinstatement request. The decision is Google’s, so we can’t guarantee the outcome. Because this can be more or less work than a setup, you get the price up front.
Do you link the profile to my website?
Yes. We add a link to your site, make sure name, address and phone match on both, and measure through the link how many visitors come from your profile.
